Re: Best Motown Songs - RESULTS

Thanks for the great rollout Hymie. I will definitely have some new tunes on my yearly lists when the decades pill rolls around to the 60s and 70s.

Atlantic would also be fodder for an interesting poll, I agree.

Re: Next decade poll

Sorry, just saw the actual polling buttons. My vote has been cast. My argument for staying the course is three-fold: 1) Waiting for 2010s allows for further discovery BEFORE casting votes. 2) Avoids the "double dipping" effect of a 2010s EOD poll followed by individual years poll. (I am making the a...

I don't know who's decision this is ultimately, but here's how the schedule would lay out if we continued doing this the same way we have since the inception of the yearly Another option would be to do a pre-1950 poll...but I am guessing there is less interest from most of the forum in those years....

Re: Albums and Songs of 1989 Poll

As to the "What next?" debate: I vote we let EOD take care of the 2010s for now and do the 2010s year by year in 2023. I personally would like to do the 2000s next for year by year since I started to get "out of touch" musically around then and it would force me to do some deep diving into the decad...
