I think it does make a difference if the album release was already planned when alive and perhaps more importantly, that is was recorded in or relatively close to the decade we are talking about. Johnny Cash died in 2003, not two days before the 2010's.

I disagree with the earlier ratings, I think this is quite a stunner. I love how the various elements combine into something that is undefinable yet gripping. There are elements of soul, gospel and hip-hop, but feels like neither in particular. It's a beauty.
