Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 16 is scheduled for 9/30, 10/1 and 10/2. It's a free festival with multiple stages in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
I went last year on Saturday only and saw about 10 acts including Paul Weller and Joe Jackson.
