Does not meet the reviews criterion, I think, so not eligible.

Although it doesn't have the 10 album reviews required, Noisey meets the other criteria and has a lot of nice articles about music and recent releases (some are reviews, some are about the impact of albums for the music scene or pop culture in general). I really like it, and I think it's very serious and growing. And it is linked to Vice, which is a huge website. Maybe it should be given a chance of having a poll, just like Complex did (and thankfully got through)? Just an idea, if not possible, it's OK.

If this has the same eligibility problem that Complex has then how come Complex is included and Noisey isn't?

We could do a poll later, when we know how many similar cases there will be.
