A bit of an oddity that one, the live album it's on was reissued this year, so I guess they felt that made it eligible

Still extremely strange. Also, it's immediately followed by Courtney Barnett's "Elevator Operator," which came out in 2015. What's the rationale for inclusion on this list? "I heard it for the first time this year, so that makes it eligible"?

Courtney released a video for Elevator Operator last July, which should explain why the song received attention this year, and not last's.
