Discussion about the new site design

The main AM site is still based on old-fashioned code, but I updated the design quite a bit this time, with a much wider page. Anyone who's got a small screen and thinks the site looks weird?

The font size is changed from 7pt to 8pt, but I'm thinking that 9pt would perhaps be even better (right now the home page is the only page with 9pt text). What are your preferences?

I don't know if anyone has noticed it yet, but I have made a special design for mobiles. What do you think about this? How much do use AM on your mobile?

Any other comments are welcome as well.

I noticed it because I am almost always on mobile.

It was a bit weird but I adjusted fairly quickly.

I am often on my IPad, so it was (pleasantly) surprising to see the AM site this morning displayed in a mobile format! Excellent mobile presentation, Henrik! Also, thank you for all qthe hard work on the website update, what with your ongoing health issues and all that! You go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to your website and the list always!

I have a big screen, and while the font is indeed bigger, the site as a whole is not. For example, I see
"Artists|Countries|Genr Home|" (That is, "Genre" without the last "e"). Or in the list by artist the letters appears as:
" # A B C D E F G H I
J K L M
N O P Q R S T U V
W X Y Z "
In other words, I see a jump between "M" and "N". And a few other things like that. I don't know if I being clear. I tried to adjust firefox size options, but even when I can change the whole site size, the problems mentioned above persist.

I'm not sure, but this might be due to cached files on your computer.

I am like Banco.

I'm unable to see all the text in the big windows.
For example, the sentences are cut at this level :

The albums and songs are ranked by year, country and genre (alb
The all-time lists are also available as Excel documents:

Top Albums of 2015: The MegaCritic Ch

Genre is cut at Genr.


Oh, and if I go in "Artists" "Countries" "Genre", I'm unable to come back to the "Years" window.

I don't know if I'm clear.

Yes, it's work perfectly.

And, the new design is perfect. Clearer.

This may just be a bit of my own stupidity, but I can't seem to navigate back to the "Lists by Year" tab whenever I go somewhere else. Is there a way to get around this?

I was having the same problem earlier - Henrik seems to have fixed it. I think the "Years" tab was missing on the left-hand taskbar, and now one is there.
