Total Votes: 153

The top 10 songs from last week's Chart went through to this week's. Quite the Chart shift this week, with three very strong new entries making it through while two long-time stalwarts exit. 2016 is the year where weird things can happen at any given moment. And it's only May. I'm terrified of what's to come.

2016 Chart-Toppers by Week (by vote count, not chart position; total weeks atop chart in parentheses):
1. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (2)
2. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (3)
3. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (4)
4. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (5)
5. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel"
6. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (2)
7. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (3)
8. David Bowie - "Lazarus"
9. David Bowie - "Lazarus" (2)
10. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (4)
11. David Bowie - "Lazarus" (3)
12. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (5)
13. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (6)
14. M83 - "Do It, Try It"
15. Grimes feat. Janelle Monáe - "Venus Fly"
16. Courtney Barnett - "Three Packs a Day"
17. Grimes feat. Janelle Monáe - "Venus Fly" (2)
18. ANOHNI - "Drone Bomb Me" / Grimes feat. Janelle Monáe - "Venus Fly" (3) / PJ Harvey - "The Community of Hope"
19. Radiohead - "Burn the Witch"

2016 Hall of Fame (10 weeks of advancing votes; automatically retired from chart):
David Bowie - "Lazarus" (Weeks 2 - 11)
Radiohead - "Spectre" (Weeks 2 - 11)
Savages - "Adore" (Weeks 2 - 11)
PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (Weeks 4 - 13)
Grimes - "Artangels" (Weeks 5 - 14)
Courtney Barnett - "Three Packs a Day" (Weeks 7 - 16)

Here is this week's 18-song Spotify chart (with 1 song included below via external link, and 1 via YouTube link)

Radiohead - "True Love Waits" (streaming on Apple Music)
Here is your 2016 AMF Chart playlist of all songs on the chart so far this year:

Thank you all for voting and nominating continuously every week! Please don't be afraid to supply us with nominations - all songs six months old and younger (or who have received promotion via album/video/single in the last six months) are accepted! And seconding nominations by others gives those songs a better chance at making the next poll!

As per usual, the next poll will be created as close to Sunday at 19:00 UTC as I can make it. Best of voting! :D

Tough break for Kendrick and Blake.

I'll re-nominate my picks from last week:
Kano - "Strangers"
Band of Horses - "In a Drawer" (feat. J Mascis)

Interesting how "Shutdown" made it on here. I was going to ask if "That's Not Me" was acceptable and then vote for that, but I'll give this song its due first.

This will be a renomination, but not the point. Did you decide to nominate this due to Skai Jackson owning Azealia Banks on Twitter? :P

A song that most definitely will end up on my year-end list, I'd like to nominate The Fruit Bats - 'From A Soon To Be Ghost Town'.

Volbeat-The Devil's Bleeding Crown

I don't know how many people here listen to modern hard rock/heavy metal. It's almost a dead genre at this point, but Volbeat fits that genre very well. They sound old school without being gimmicky or unoriginal.

This may have been nominated already, but I'll go ahead with it: David Bowie - "'Tis a Pity She Was a Whore"

Also, Beyonce - "Six Inch"
