Is there any Recommended Velvet Underground Live Album?

I Only Own Velvet Underground's 4 Studio Albums.

I Have a 2CD Deluxe Edition of VU&Nico, WL/WH, and Self title, and an Single CD Version of Loaded.

Those Deluxe Editions Contain some Live Tracks.. but I want to buy one live album and own it.

So Which would be a nice choice? 1969 Live? Complete Matrix Tapes?

The Quine Tapes, I think. It's pretty complete and has a killer version of New Age.
