Deep melody / bassline-driven songs
Over the last years I have realised that I am fond of songs that are mostly built around a deep bassline, with some high notes/elements. Some examples are Underworld's "Dark and Long", Andy Stott's "New Romantic" and yaeji's "raingurl".

Papa Was a Rollin' Stone by the Temptations has one of the best basslines of any song I can think of.

Can't help much with the sort of IDM style of the songs you've listed, but I can help with songs from other genres that feature prominent bass.
How about some synth funk?

When I think of bass-driven songs, this is off the top of my head: "Forget Me Nots" by the incredibly talented Patrice Rushen. The bass in this song is too good: groovy, seductive, it is technical but sounds so effortless.

Hello Henrik, some comes immediately to my minds :
Classics:
Lou Reed - Walk on the wild side
Queen - Another One Bites the Dust
The temptations have a lot of incredibles deep bass line.
Less wellknown:

This song came on shuffle today. It is a BOP.

Some electronica album suggestions that might scratch that itch:
Isolée - We Are Monster or Western Shores
Pole - Steingarten
Matthew Dear - Asa Breed

I'm no expert in this area of electronic music you're referring to, Henrik, but I can recommend three songs. They might not reach the depths and highs you're looking for, but there could be something to like in them.
Smerz - Because
Demdike Stare - Savage Distort
Makeness - Stepping Out of Sync

Re: Deep melody / bassline-driven songs
After mentioning "Forget Me Nots" by Patice Rushen, I remember a couple more classic with amazing bass-lines & stunning vocal performances:
- The S.O.S Band - "Just Be Good To Me" (a.k.a the ultimate Side Chick anthem): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCcg7ctrC4w
--> Terry Lewis & Jimmy Jam did amazing work on this. It's funky, hypnotic but most of all, it's such an emotional track, sung with utmost conviction. Mariah Carey did a great cover too.
- Evelyn "Champagne" King - "Love Come Down": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y11ghTlEko0
- Jocelyn Brown - "Somebody Else's Guy": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg8ABW4Z4vU
--> One of the most covered songs in many singing competitions in the UK. The live performance of this song is unreal.
- Mariya Takeuchi 竹内 まりや - "Plastic Love": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bNITQR4Uso
--> Youtube Recommended made this song go viral and 12 million views happened as a result. As funky as anything above and when that final outro "I'm just playing game, I know that this is plastic love" hit, I am floored.
