Actually according to RYM it's from 1990. (I thought earlier it's from 1991.)

Edit. Anyway I'm not sure if that childhood favorite is top 15 material anymore. I can vote for It Must Have Been Love by Roxette another childhood favorite instead.

Puta! It looks like my #2 album of 1990 (Paco Ibáñez's Por una canción) narrowly missed out on being the non US/UK album to go through. Oh well, such is life. Better luck next time. I'll give The Scene a spin for the finals in December.
