Scoring System

Post by Gamuza78 »

Hi fellas, first of all I want to say that I am new to the forum, that's why I ask these questions and just try to understand how it works. I want to congratulate those who make the charts, I know it is not an easy job, I did a similar job for personal use myself until I found this site and I assure that it takes time. ok ... this is my question:

What is the scoring accounting system like?

It's just that, for example, I see that "Dum Surfer" by King Crule, which is only in "End of year" lists, is above "Bennie and the Jets" by Elton John, which is in many "All times "lists. And it is somewhat difficult to understand that this happens, perhaps the "All times" lists should be given more importance? ... I don't know, maybe they add more scores than those that are only within "End of years" lists . seems fairer

It's just a thought, I'm not trying to be a jerk

Salute!
