This is actually not a bad list. Sure, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran feel a little forced, but it's more in sync with most other lists than, say, Rolling Stone. The fact that Japandroids is included is a great surprise. And Priests being exactly one rank above Ed Sheeran feels good too.

This being said, I would have expected Lana Del Rey to be much higher

Surprised at the lack of Lana Del Rey - while it's only fitting that Billboard include what charts, it's a bit of a throw-off to have good chunks of this and the albums list dominated by critical darlings as well. Also, re: including "Body Like a Back Road":
