If the songs list is explicitly labeled as being comprised of tracks not on any of the top albums, I'm calling Billie Eilish for the #1 album.

I saw the magazine and Big Thief's U.F.O.F. is #1 in the Album list.

The link provided by Antonius also mentions Big Thief having two albums in the list, so we could've guessed this :D
