This should definitely be eligible for something, since it's a printed magazine. Gladly, they put the pages with the results of their critics' poll (150 critics!) online.
However I'm not sure if it's eligible for EOY 2019, because it was published in August and includes mostly releases from 2018, but Solange's When I Get Home is also in there, so it's not an EOY 2018 list.

The critics voted in three album categories (Jazz Album, Blues Album, Beyond Album). At first look it appears not to be ranked, but the numbers next to the albums signify the points the album got. For albums with the same point value I put a tie in the list.
There's also a lot (!) of other lists, i.e. Female Vocalist, Baritone Saxphone, Breakout Vibraphonist etc.
