Judging from the short review for each ranked album, I believe the list was made by more than 3 people. The only criteria that it doesn't meet is the amount of monthly reviews (should be more than 10) but I think it's not a big deal to accept this list.

Alexa rank is below 1M, so it's borderline. Will consider but leaning toward ineligible (never heard of this site until now).

I feel like if this gets in, this should get in viewtopic.php?f=24&t=7895 since it has better stats (just my opinion obviously)
