This is a mix of songs, albums, books and concerts and I really don't think it is meant to be ranked (at least not in the sense we normally assume it to be).

It's the numbering that makes it confusing. You must be more familiar with this list. I don't know what to make of the eligibility of this ragtag assortment but Sophie Hunger's album was released internationally as Halluzinationen, not the translated 'Hallucinations'.
All I got inside is vacancy!
