Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
Anybody up for it?

Re: Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
I would do it if someone could show me how.
Re: Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
It can be done but the formulas and calculations I presume rest with you?

Re: Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
I think Henrik has a blank spreadsheet that's formatted with all the formulas. All that's needed is for someone to fill in the names and numbers. But I'm not sure where that spreadsheet is...

Re: Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
Thanks BleuPanda and ColmD! Maybe one of you could do the updates in December and the other one takes over in January? I will leave this up to you to decide.
Sorry to keep you waiting, but here is an "empty" spreadsheet to fill in.
For every new list, you should do the following:
* Enter "no. of albums + 30", or the value "8" for non-ranked lists.
* Enter the value "1" in row 4 for every new critics' list.
* Add artists, songs and positions. For unranked lists, every song should have place 1.
That should be it. You can also look at Harold's album spreadsheet.
Before posting an update, sort the spreadsheet using the button in cell A1 and save the document. Then open and save again which will make the document a lot smaller. It should be less than 2 MB.
Let me know (in this thread) if there are lists from sources that are not in the spreadsheet, and I will decide if they're eligible.
Thanks again!

Re: Help needed with EOY songs spreadsheet
I can get started now, though it might be slow for the next week and a half as I finish this semester, but I'll have nothing to do for the month after that.
