Congratulations to PJ Harvey's "The Wheel" for entering our Hall of Fame! A brilliant song, my favorite of the year currently, so I'm happy it's entered into the ranks after an impressive six chart-topping weeks. Which brings up an interesting point in that no week this year so far has had more than one song tie for most votes. All solo winners in these parts. Let's see if that trend continues. Due to PJ Harvey's automatic retirement from the Chart, the top 10 songs otherwise went through to this week.

2016 Chart-Toppers by Week (by vote count, not chart position; total weeks atop chart in parentheses):
1. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (2)
2. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (3)
3. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (4)
4. David Bowie - "Blackstar" (5)
5. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel"
6. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (2)
7. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (3)
8. David Bowie - "Lazarus"
9. David Bowie - "Lazarus" (2)
10. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (4)
11. David Bowie - "Lazarus" (3)
12. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (5)
13. PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (6)

2016 Hall of Fame (10 weeks of advancing votes; automatically retired from chart):
David Bowie - "Lazarus" (Weeks 2 - 11)
Radiohead - "Spectre" (Weeks 2 - 11)
Savages - "Adore" (Weeks 2 - 11)
PJ Harvey - "The Wheel" (Weeks 4 - 13)

Here is this week's 19-song Spotify chart (with 1 song included below via external link):

A.K. Paul - "Landcruisin'"

Here is your 2016 AMF Chart playlist of all songs on the chart so far this year:

Thank you all for voting and nominating continuously every week! Please don't be afraid to supply us with nominations - all songs six months old and younger (or who have received promotion via album/video/single in the last six months) are accepted! And seconding nominations by others gives those songs a better chance at making the next poll!

As per usual, the next poll will be created as close to Sunday at 19:00 UTC as I can make it. Best of voting! :D

For that hopefully fifth Hall-of-Famer and mainly because it should have been in already, I nominate Grimes featuring Janelle Monae's Venus Fly.

I nominate Kendrick Lamar - "untitled 07" aka the levitate track. Definitely the catchiest song on the new album.

I love Kacey Musgraves, but that remix with Miguel's "Waves" is not great. Definitely not bad, so anyone who wants to hear some R+B with just a smidgen of country, and some nice bass, check it out.

I have to admit something to everyone. I nominated "Do It, Try It" back four weeks ago, and you all seem to really like it, which is perfectly cool. But I hate it. And I more nominated it for the sake of appealing to the indie pop-centric crowds we have around here.

But I'm fairly disappointed that it has a chance to claim the top spot this week, haha. Possibly my least favorite song on "Junk."

That's what happens when you nominate things you dislike to appeal to everyone! :angry-nono:

But, yeah, I can feel your pain. :| My favorite songs that aren't super-in with the crowd do not make it, unfortunately.

And my third nomination is another Truffaz masterpiece:
Erik Truffaz - Djiki'n feat. Rokia Traoré

P.S.: Setherex, you are not the only one to not like this song and, like you, I'm very surprised by the results, but why nominate a song you don't like instead of the good songs of this album ?

Here's an unusual and unfortunately very short nomination:

Martin Phipps/BBC National Orchestra of Wales - Vasily (from "War & Peace" TV series)

Well now that the album's just come out, I realize there aren't really any songs I love on it, and none quite good enough to surpass the ones I'm going to mention below :D

My reminder to get your votes, nominations, and seconding nominations in before the new poll tomorrow. My noms for the week:

ScHoolboy Q - "Groovy Tony"
Kaytranada feat. Anderson .Paak - "Glowed Up"
Minor Victories - "Folk Arp"
