EOY 2015 - Q (UK)
Re: EOY 2015 - Q (UK)
Well, here goes down in flames like a Russian warplane my theory that Adele's "25" would score big with Q. Shocking
That said, they apparently didn't review it yet.

Anyone else surprised at the early reception to the new New Order album? It seems like a lot of the EOY lists have been ranking it quite high.

I didn't have a score tracked from metacritic for Laura Marling either but here it still is in the top 10.

Bear in mind the likes of Q, Mojo and Uncut will tend to go nuts whenever elder statesmen of music do an album that isn't terrible (any semi decent Bob Dylan album is guaranteed a top 10 in Mojo or Uncut). Music Complete came as a pleasant surprise considering the last few records and Peter Hook leaving the band, and I think they've just gone a bit overboard in their rankings as a result.Nick wrote:Anyone else surprised at the early reception to the new New Order album?
