EOY season's almost done, but we need to figure out if this is eligible or not. I can't find any reviews...

It's a printed magazine, where they might publish reviews (what music magazine doesn't?).

I downloaded the latest issue for free from the website. They have extensive articles covering some up-and-coming artists, not no actual album reviews.

I can't think of any other printed magazine that is excluded. Also the "Printed magazines that are devoted to music are always eligible" statement in 1) could be seen as it stands above criteria 2-5. However, I would not include single critics' lists. So, basically it would be the same critieria for printed magazines as for main radio/TV stations. I will clarify this for next year.
Henrik wrote:Here are the criteria for how to determine whether a new source is eligible for the EOY albums/songs spreadsheet:

1. The Alexa.com rank should be less than 1,000,000 and the number of sites linking in should be more than 100. Both these criteria should preferably be met, but if one of the numbers is really strong that might be ok too. Printed magazines that are devoted to music are always eligible.

2. It should be clear that the list was compiled by several people (minimum three) from the staff.

3. The source needs to publish at least 10 album reviews per month, and not just recommendations with a couple of sentences per album.

4. A radio or TV channel is eligible if it is a "main station" of a country (typically a public broadcasting service with a focus on music). The staff team requirement needs to be fulfilled but not the number of reviews.

5. No record stores.
Hence, unless anyone has any objections, I think it could be added.

If there's an album list as well, can someone post it here? Thanks!

It's not explicitly framed as a "best-of" list, but Fader posted a list of "24 Albums That Made Albums Matter Again in 2016," and since Ron added the magazine's songs list I'll add this to the EOY Albums spreadsheet as well:
