Here is the spreadsheet:
Some notes:
- I used Discogs for the album release years. In hindsight this might have been a mistake, because as far as I'm aware AM uses RYM for its dates. Most of the dates should be correct, though, but please tell me if there are any errors I may have missed.
- This will be a point of contention, but because I wanted to include every placement on every list, compilation albums are included.
- The Pause and Play column has 99 albums instead of 100, because in the original list posted on their website (which you can find in the link provided in the sheet), they listed Beastie Boys' 'Check Your Head' twice.
- In the rocklist.net page for the Q list, there are only 89 albums, because whoever transcribed the list forgot an album from 1992. Through some research on AM I discovered the missing album to be The Orb's 'U.F.Orb'.
- The 1996 Christie Front Drive album is labeled as 'Stereo' on LostAtSea's website. This looks to be a mistake, as according to RYM the album is self-titled. Its correct name is listed on the spreadsheet.
- The Q list is the most interesting in terms of format, and I wanted to explain how I handled the list. For how the list is formatted, the rocklist.net page here lays it out pretty well. For how I added the list to the spreadsheet, I assigned different values to each album depending on how they were ranked: the album of the decade (Oasis's "Morning Glory") was assigned a value of 1, the albums of the year were assigned a value of 5.5, and all of the other albums were assigned a value of 45.5.
