Now, here's a source for which I do add genre lists, because they traditionally do not compile an overall best-albums list (they created an overall top 50 one year but have not repeated that). The way we handle this on the spreadsheet is to base the data weighting on the total number of albums from the various lists (Rock & Pop, Folk & Country, Hip-Hop, Soul & R&B, Dance/Electronic, and Metal & Hardcore, containing between 10-20 entries apiece). Exclaim! and one of the French sources (can't recall which one off the top of my head) are usually the only ones for which this kind of exception to the overall-lists-only rule is made.
