The posts are being edited. They only release one album a day

Was going to start a new post at the start of next week for top 5 & then for no.1 to bump it up. Updated to 6 above. Didn't think there would be an appetite for a daily update at the top of the thread.

As explained I was planing to update the top 5 on 1 post then 1 more separate post to notify about no.1, but as some people seem to be getting so worked up I'll post no.4 separately.

If anyone can't wait for me to update each day it is possible to visit the Guardian's own website and feel free to post yourself.

Good shout, probably in the right order too- the only way I can't see the Graun giving Self Esteem the top spot is if they want a different artist from their #1 song

It clearly wasn't in the right order before you posted that.
2 out of 2 correct so far, though.

Congrats Donchano, on knowing The Guardian's tastes so well. Didn't you correctly predict their Top 5 last year?

*Looks it up*

Yup. Well, it was the Top 4 and you made one change once #4 was revealed. Still impressive.

Someone should let all their journalists know how dull and predicatable their tastes are.
