Unacclaimed IX: Grand Final

The way this game works is that you will be given a set of six songs, your job is to rank the set from best to worst. First place gets 6 points, second gets 5 etc.

The song with the most points in each set will become the Unacclaimed IX champion. If there is a tie for points, then the song with more first place votes will advance. If they are tied on first place votes as well, there will be a sudden death tiebreak.

Feel free to ask any questions, deadline is next Wednesday at 22:00 BST

Well, in the end none of my nominations made it to the final, although two of them ("Tiene sabor, tiene sazón” and "Podría ser peor") came second in the semi-finals. Obviously, the grand final would have been much better with those two songs (

), but anyway we have a great final. 6 songs from five different countries (UK, Sweden, Hungary, Germany and Sierra Leone) with five different languages and six different styles, from Twee Pop to Bubu Music, from Nu Jazz to Art Pop, from Post-Punk to Prog Rock, with a time range from 1969 to 2019. And all of them are obscure choices with outstanding quality. Love this forum!!!
Even if I still think having Ondatrópica in the final would have been the icing on the cake!
