See, this is why I don't post lists anymore. I have more, yes, but I don't wanna post them right now (don't ask me, don't @ me, don't send me an emoji, it ain't happening, at least not for a long time). So maybe you'll see them someday, I'll more likely just send them directly to Henrik, but doing this has just gotten no fun anymore.

there is no competition , ranks means nothing ,posts means nothing, our goal is to improve the site at least for me,everything is subjective, if doing something for a long time isn't fun because someone else is doing it too for you then its okay, for me it doesn't make sense....StevieFan13 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 11:44 am See, this is why I don't post lists anymore. That doesn’t really have anything to do with what I said, but ok.Vacantjoy wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 12:12 pmthere is no competition , ranks means nothing ,posts means nothing, our goal is to improve the site at least for me,everything is subjective, if doing something for a long time isn't fun because someone else is doing it too for you then its okay, for me it doesn't make sense....StevieFan13 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 11:44 am See, this is why I don't post lists anymore. I hate to be that guy, but how exactly do you think posting random Pitchfork essays on the forum meant for sharing music critic's lists is helping improve the site?
At the moment you are cluttering the forums with so many "lists" that are clearly ineligible (which you should be able to identify by now) in such an unorganized way that it's making it really hard to actually decide on eligibility or transcribe the lists that would be actually useful for this site (which I'm sure you're still posting many of, but as I said it's really hard to discern at the moment).
Re: Pitchfork (US) - The Soundtrack of the Abortion Rights Movement, Then and Now (2022)
that's the underlying meaning of your comment...who asked you anything of these ? i will be extremely happy if you or anyone else share lists ...i would recommend you to stop comparing yourself with anyone except your older self. if you want you can avoid all of my lists or anything i post,i would still want to see your lists and i am thankful for all your effort you have put to the site as everybody else...AM is just a guide and not an adjective truth of the greatest music ...StevieFan13 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:13 pmThat doesn’t really have anything to do with what I said, but ok.Vacantjoy wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 12:12 pmthere is no competition , ranks means nothing ,posts means nothing, our goal is to improve the site at least for me,everything is subjective, if doing something for a long time isn't fun because someone else is doing it too for you then its okay, for me it doesn't make sense....StevieFan13 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 11:44 am See, this is why I don't post lists anymore. i dont think i have posted many "lists" that are clearly ineligible, except from Pitchfork essays and maybe a little more lists...we will decide on eligibility on the update and i have a thread for the transcription of the listsKrurze wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:35 pmI hate to be that guy, but how exactly do you think posting random Pitchfork essays on the forum meant for sharing music critic's lists is helping improve the site?

You are projecting. There was no underlying meaning to your comment, but I see you're going to do the same self-righteous thing you do every time you even think someone's calling you out. So I'm gonna go back to actually listening to and enjoying music, since that's a thing I actually have fun doing. I can't remember the last time it felt like you were having any fun here. So yeah, if you wanted me to call you out, there you go. Happy?Vacantjoy wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:38 pmthat's the underlying meaning of your comment...who asked you anything of these ? i will be extremely happy if you or anyone else share lists ...i would recommend you to stop comparing yourself with anyone except your older self. if you want you can avoid all of my lists or anything i post,i would still want to see your lists and i am thankful for all your effort you have put to the site as everybody else...AM is just a guide and not an adjective truth of the greatest music ...StevieFan13 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:13 pmThat doesn’t really have anything to do with what I said, but ok.Vacantjoy wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 12:12 pm

And don't get any admins involved, they'll roll their eyes too...
Also, it has just as much to do with the fact that every time I try and look for more lists, it's either the same couple of sites or an AI-generated article. I have no desire to dig through all of that.

how do you think posting all these lists that i have posted won't help the site? or that i haven't already made suggestions to Henrik to organize the site more?Krurze wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:35 pmI hate to be that guy, but how exactly do you think posting random Pitchfork essays on the forum meant for sharing music critic's lists is helping improve the site?
