Two notes:

1. It's way too fucking early for this. But Uncut always feels the need to go first, so not surprising.

2. The fact that Uncut - which is not a particularly contemporary-pop-friendly publication - even has Brat on its list at all bodes extremely well for the album's EOY showing. Calling it for #1 right now. Even if it's way too fucking early.

I'm not going to note this with every list, but this being the first and having 80 albums I mostly find it dispiriting it doesn't have The Last Dinner Party's album on there. They should change their name to Cut!

Keep in mind that the album just came out at the beginning of this month. Given how ridiculously early Uncut released their list, I'm surprised and gratified it's there at all.
