NME (UK) - The story of SoundCloud rap in 15 seminal songs (2021)

Lists by single critics or musicians, published in magazines or on websites, have lower priority. The amount of such lists would be impossible to handle.
(However, priority is given to single author lists from books, very famous music critics and artists with albums or songs ranked on Acclaimed Music. Single author lists are also more likely to get priority if they are not limited to a genre or artist.)

One of the groundbreaking tracks from SoundCloud's early days was the infectious hit 'Trap Queen' in 2014. It was a game-changer, becoming a staple track in 2015 and gaining airplay all over the radio.

I agree that SoundCloud is a magical place where you can explore any genre you desire, even ones that haven't been coined yet. Back in the mid to late '10s, SoundCloud became a breeding ground for explosive creativity, especially in the rap scene. It was like a mini-musical revolution, with artists pushing boundaries and changing the rap game forever.
By the way, if you're an aspiring SoundCloud artist looking to boost your presence, you might want to check this website that offers a service where you can buy instant SoundCloud plays, giving your tracks a quick boost and attracting more listeners. It's like turning up the volume on your talent and making some serious waves in the music scene.
