They don’t mention it being ranked in the description and give no indication that “Once in a Lifetime” is any better than the rest. (Otherwise that would mean “Pump Up the Jam” is #2, which no disrespect, love that song, but it seems unlikely).

To me it seems most reasonable to assume that a numbered list is ranked, unless they say otherwise.
