As far as I can see, XTC was only once Live in Phoenix, on November 7th in 1980 at Veterans Memorial Coliseum Fair. That means they actually appeared more in Biggest Fan than in Phoenix, as this is their second appearance.
The song is bubblin’ under on AM.

Critic Robert Christgau called this “all but unlistenable” in the middle of a positive review of Darkness on the Edge of Town. I wouldn’t go that far, but it’s more of a performance than a song.

Because this is a singer-songwriter type of song I decided to translate the lyrics, especially since it didn't particularly grab me on it's own (despite the welcome sixties organs). However, the lyrics seem rather run of the mill lost-love type of stuff. Maybe it sounds better in Portugese.
